One in four parents delay talking about inappropriate touching with their kids

Washington D.C. [USA], Mar 21 (ANI): In a recent study based on following expert advice to speak about unwanted contact during pre-school years, researchers have reported that one in four parents of elementary school-age children say they have not yet begun talking about inappropriate touching.
