Covid-19 vaccine update: Phase-3 trial of Covaxin begins in Odisha institute

The vaccine was administered to two recruits on Thursday at the Preventive and Therapeutic Clinical Trial Unit at the Institute of Medical Sciences and SUM Hospital, the only institute in Odisha chosen by ICMR for the human trial of the vaccine, E.Venkata Rao, the principal investigator in Covaxin human trial said.
