At 11.7 deg C, Delhi records lowest minimum temperature in April in at least 12 years

Delhi recorded a minimum of 11.7 degrees Celsius on Saturday, which is the lowest in the month of April in at least 12 years, according to the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
