As far as fresh cases are concerned, 493 have been reported from Lucknow, 355 from Gautam Buddh Nagar, 344 from Sahranpur, 342 from Meerut, 309 from Gorakhpur, 307 from Ghaziabad, 291 from Bulandshahr, 240 from Kanpur, among others, it added.
