Forbes has released its 2024 Billionaires List with 2,781 Individuals, marking an increase of 141 names from last year. The collective net worth of these billionaires has surged by $2 billion, now totaling $14.2 trillion.

The United States leads with a record 813 billionaires, followed by China with 473 billionaires. India has seen an increase of 31 billionaires compared to last year, now totaling 200.

Notable Indians on the list include the Chairman of Reliance Industries retaining the top spot. Gautam Adani emerges as the second wealthiest Indian, with his fortune soaring by $36.8 billion to reach $84 billion. Savitri Jindal maintains her position as the wealthiest Indian woman on the list.
