Who is Masako Nozawa? Dragon Ball icon scores historic milestone for voice actors in Japan

Dragon Ball's Son Goku voice actor Masako Nozawa has been announced as one of the recipients of the Japanese Persons of Cultural Merit honorees. She will receive the award in a November ceremony.
